Hello Just as a quick note about developments on our home front. While I write the workers repair the torn wall in the kitchen, after the pluming was fixed. The entry porch is completed and railing added. (It's illegal to have a bridge without a railing.)
Now that the outside is done correctly we concentrate on the inside. Geothermal heating system is way too expensive so we have decided to get a gas central heating system.
We have already put it on our Credit Card and wait for the work to begin in the next couple of weeks. Obviously we must be here while the work is being done. Temporarily it will run on propane. Upstate New York has lots of natural gas, which is now being explored. We hope that it will soon arrive at our place. |
