The disciples of Jesus were also the first evangelists spearheading the messianic movement called The Way. As the church started to grow and very rapidly so; the Jewish believers could no longer be part of the newly emerged institution. In the year 90 AD the Rabbis issued a declaration: any Jew who becomes a member of the church would no longer be Jewish.
Today, God uses Jewish Evangelists signaling the closing of the final chapter, but World Evangelism must continue. After we bring in the Lost Sheep of the House of Israel we do not indoctrinate them but give them freedom, with which also comes the final reformation. Christianity is still much a dualistic form of religion, this will also change by God's grace.
Psalmist's ministry is that of a songwriter and Praise & Worship leader. Based on the Book of Psalms where King David was the psalmist, singer, composer and also God's prophet, psalmists are leaders in prayer. Most of David's psalms are supplication and prayers widely used in Jewish prayer books today. Many prophecies, especially those regarding the Messiah, already came to past in Christianity and many are still on the way.
The second coming of the Messiah will be for both houses, the house of Judah, today's Jews, and Israel, which the once Lost Sheep of the House of Israel were, but now are found. Like the fish caught in the net (Christian TV Net-works) they read the Bible and worship the Jewish God. A mix of both kind already exists, those who maintain the replacement theology and those who include themselves in God's greater plan than just the Bride of Christ composed of Gentiles.
[Luke 10:5-9] Whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace be to this house.’ If a man of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you. Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not keep moving from house to house. Whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat what is set before you; and heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ A revival center becomes a place where a man of peace is found and God's messengers are welcome to stay. Jesus told us to "not keep moving from house to house, but to stay in one place." The results are astounding.
Besides preaching the gospel of peace (Eph. 6:15) and teaching God's Word we are also commissioned to heal the sick. That blessed house, and now also a revival center, begins to attract more and more visitors. In time such center can become a church, but it should remain a revival center without any formal structure. A church is a church, but a revival center keeps on reviving and keeps bringing in the new and the fresh. A revival center can go 24-hours a day with an unabated worship. Revival cannot be quenched; its flame must be kept alive.
